Licence 3 - International Management
Objectifs de la formation
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAM
This Bachelor's degree in International Management is a one year full-time programme in Management mainly taught in English.
It is also aimed at international students who already have earned 120 ECTS (European credit transfer system) or equivalent within the framework of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma (BA/BSc or equivalent) in management or economics.
This Bachelor's degree in International Management is designed to provide basic skills in the core areas of business administration as well as an understanding of concepts, techniques and professional applications in several disciplines of management (marketing, performance management, human resource management). The curriculum includes introductory courses which enable candidates to apply for a Master's degree in the field of Business and Management after graduation.
Participants will gain international skills for the profession environment from courses and the completion of an internship in a French company for international students during the second semester.
International students will improve French and have the opportunity to learn more about the French culture. They will work in groups of students from diverse national and cultural backgrounds.
Courses are held on the campus of the University Paris Est Marne-la-Vallée (UPEM), just halfway from the heart of Paris (Châtelet) and Disneyland Paris (30 minutes from Paris center by train).
Organisation de la formation
For international students, the program runs for 2 semesters at Eiffel School of Management - Campus UPEM.
It includes an internship of at least 2 months in a company located in France.
For French students, the program runs for 2 semesters: September to January at IAE Gustave EIFFEL- Campus UPEM / February to May in one of our partner universities.
Période en entreprise/organisation
International students must complete an internship lasting at least 2 months at a company located in France. The internship will start in April.
The teaching method encourages strong student involvement, through active participation, personal involvement, and team work. All courses consist of a mix of lectures, readings, case studies and discussions.
Emphasis will be placed on the development of analytical skills, critical thinking and written and oral skills.
Faculty members are international Professors, Researchers, Managers, Entrepreneurs and Senior Lecturers who all share with enthusiasm their international experience.
This 3rd and final year of studies in International management is divided into two semesters (each of them being worth 30 ECTS- European Credit Transfer System).
This programs brings French and International students together.

International Students must have earned 120 ECTS (European credit transfer system) or equivalent within the framework of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma (BA/BSc honors or equivalent) in Economics, Management and Social Sciences.
This program is designed for students fluent in English.
Admission is based on written application and individual interview.

1° Written application
Students from the countries listed on Campus France website (http://www.campusfrance.org/fr/page/a-partir-dun-pays-a-procedure-CEF) must apply through Campus France until March 31st
Other students must apply directly through the university website:
until April 23th (1st session)
until June 10th (2nd session)
They must provide the following documents:
- Resume (CV)
- Letter of application
- Copy of TOEFL, IELTS or TOEIC score report (non-compulsory)
- Copy of diplomas and transcripts of records (as well as official English or French translation of diplomas and transcripts)
- Any document deemed useful by the applicant (references)
- Receipt of application (Applicants who have not been able to fill out the application form and get the receipt of application are invited to send all the other documents).

Shortlisted students will then be invited to attend interview in May (1st session) or June (2nd session)
3° Tuition fees
This programme is part of the French University System, which is widely sponsored by the State. Admission fees for the Bachelor degree in International Management amount to 189,10 € (+ 213 € healthcare insurance for non EU students) for the academic year.
Students who stopped their studies for 2 years or more fall into the category of continuing education. In addition to registration fees, continuing education fees are required: 6 300 euros.

After graduating, laureates who have earned 180 ECTS may apply for one of the IAE Gustave Eiffel Masters (fields: Marketing, Human Resource Management, Finance, Management) or any French IAE Program.
