Application for exchange students

1) Nomination

You must first be nominated as an exchange student by your home university. Nominations have to be sent my email to:
international-iae [at] u-pec [dot] fr

Nomination deadline:
• Fall semester (first semester): April 30
• Spring semester (second semester): October 15

Important information for courses in English:

As places are limited, priority will be given to:
• students whom home university provides courses in English
• students who take a full workload (30 ECTS per semester)
• students who have been nominated by their home university before April 30 for Spring semester.

2) Online registration

Fill in the online registration form.

The registration application form allows you to apply for housing arranged by the international office of the University.

3) Learning agreement

Read carefully the webpage Courses for exchange students to decide which courses you are interested in applying to.

You can download the learning agreement at the bottom of this page.

4) Application form

Send by postmail your application form with the following required documents:

• Printed and signed registration form
• Printed and signed learning agreement
• Motivation letter
• Resume (CV)
• Copy of transcript of records
• For the exchange students who apply to courses in English: official proof of knowledge of English language (for non-native English-speaking candidates, not holding a degree in English).

Application deadline:

• Fall semester (first semester): May 31
• Spring semester (second semester): October 30

5) Acceptance

Once your application has been accepted, an email of acceptance will be sent to you with your learning agreement signed by the academic coordinator.
